FONT REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY
Font Photography is equipped to handle properties of all sizes and designs, from 850 square feet to 8,500 square feet. We want to make the process as simple, straight forward, and economical as possible.
The session is booked at the property that is being offered for sale or lease.
PRICE: $150 per home 3,000 sq ft. and under
- Homes over 3,000 sq ft. will be charged an additional $30.
- An additional $30 will be charged for every 1,000 sq ft. beyond 3,000 sq ft. (4,000+ sq ft. $60 additional & 5,000+ sq ft. $90 additional, and so on).
- Reshoots $75 (Please note this in comments when booking).
- Additional structures $30 per stucture interior and exterior pictures (garage aptartment, barn, or other side of a duplex).
- Commercial Properties $150 for a 45 minute shoot with 30-50 pictures.
- Mileage fees will be added for properties outside of the Oklahoma City metro area.
- No mileage fees for properties with addresses in Oklahoma City, Yukon, Edmond, Mustang, & Piedmont.
- Cities outside the mileage area will be charged the following: Arcadia $25, Blanchard $45, Choctaw/Jones $35, El Reno $15, Guthrie $35, Harrah $45, Kingfisher $35, Luther $45, Mcloud $45, Moore $15, MWC-Del City $15, Norman $40, Newcastle $35, Noble $55, Purcell $65, Perkins $80, Shawnee $80, Stillwater $100, Tecumseh $100, and Tuttle $25.
Included in price:
- A typical photo shoot with a 1,800 sq ft. home will have 35-55 pictures. The bigger the property the more pictures you will get, there is no cap.
- 24 hour turn around on pictures.
- All photos will be professionally edited.
- Access to our document “How to Prepare Your Home For Photos” pdf available at the bottom of web page.
- Images provided in MLS size images. Also great for email, Facebook, Twitter, or Websites.
- Images also provided in full size for use with print marketing or if your company system requires full-size photos when uploading.
